British boxer Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the combatants met personally to build hype for next month's bout.

Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's my goal."

Despite such comments, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.

Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.

Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's biggest financial successes, regularly earning massive paydays.

The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
